30-Day Return Window
You have 30 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return or refund.
Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in its original packaging. The following are not eligible: items marked final sale, personalized products, or items returned after 30 days.
How to Start a Return
Email us at support@pawluma.com with your order number and reason for return. Our team will respond within 1–2 business days with instructions.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us immediately at support@pawluma.com with a photo. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund — no return required.
